Francis CG offers a broad range of general contracting services and our team is driven by our commitment to deliver our client’s project on time and within budget. The majority of our projects are delivered as a lump sum contract in which the project is built for the awarded bid amount. Oftentimes, clients want a turnkey project in which all of the services are performed through a single source responsibility.
