At Francis Construction Group, we focus on changing neighborhoods with great construction services. We are especially committed to helping minority youth in the industry, which makes us a leader in both commercial and residential projects.

Doing the Work That Matters.

At Francis Construction Group, we don’t just build—we transform communities. As a minority-owned contractor, we’re committed to empowering the next generation, creating opportunities, and reshaping the industry. Through our work, we’re making a lasting impact where it matters most.

Community Impact
We’re bringing minority youth into the trades through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world construction experience.
Partnerships Matter
Our partnerships helps us drive innovation, create opportunities, and build a future that benefits everyone.

Empowering the Next Generation of Builders.

At Francis Construction Group, we’re committed to changing the face of construction. Minority youth make up just 1% of Illinois’ heavy construction workforce—we’re here to change that. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real job opportunities, we’re building futures, not just structures.
