Covenant House of Illinois Phase II: 3rd Floor

This commercial renovation transformed an existing space into a modern neighborhood market serving the Chatham-Gresham community. The project included a complete interior demolition and rebuild, featuring new structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, a new storefront, custom millwork, and high-end interior finishes.

The historic Leon's Bar-B-Q building is being transformed through a gut renovation into the new headquarters for R.A.G.E. (Residents Association of Greater Englewood). The redevelopment preserves the building's historic significance while creating a modern, community-focused facility designed to serve residents for years to come. The project includes a complete interior renovation, a new storefront façade with contemporary metal cladding, the installation of a new elevator, and a rooftop deck overlooking the neighborhood.

This site improvement project enhanced pedestrian infrastructure at the University of Chicago, improving safety, accessibility, and the long-term durability of one of the campus's most heavily traveled areas.
